Chris：Aurora is a song we wrote at the time we wrote the EP.
I think it was even gonna be considered to be on the EP at one point, but we decided to save it for the album.
We've been playing this one in our sets since our very first gig.
This song's about a really funny, entertaining friend of ours who happens to be constantly drunk, so he earned himself the nickname, 'the pirate', just because he kinda sets sail around Sydney and plundered bars for their beer and pulls out a guitar by the end of the night...
and just starts singing these really pirate-sounding songs.
(laughter)
So we wrote this song about his pirate antics
